The location was incredible and excellent, short walk to Hermannplatz, great shops, U bahn and restaurants, and transport and shops. It was good to be 2 km away from Giraffe Stop, serving short-orders. Our studio suite had an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven. Our bedroom was comfortable and the staff were affable and supper friendly.

We had a great time here, the place was lovely and well-suited, with friendly and helpful staff, and the location was perfect, being very close to the metro.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - within walking distance of Wasserturm Neukolln.

truly enjoyed our huge rooms, plus the staff was exceptionally nice. we got a room with a tub. our a handy kitchenette included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The location was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly throughout our stay and we enjoyed going to oh madriz for a drink or two, just a short walk from here.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, coffee/tea makers, a dining area, and a seating area. Shared bathrooms, that included a bath, were cleaned daily. Everyone was amazingly nice and amicable. The fact that Hermannplatz subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

I had a great one-night stay with no complaints as this place lived up to my expectations.

The location of Nena Apartments Hermannplatz was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and all the amenities we needed. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

The hotel property was nice and had an incredible location, so close to the U-Bahn, local shops and cafes, subway station, and supermarkets at Hermannplatz. We stayed in an apartment and liked the spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knew how to assist. The stay was perfectly pleasant, and I couldn't recommend it more.

We stayed at Nena Apartments Hermannplatz for a week and it was the perfect base for exploring Berlin. The location was excellent, right on Hermannplatz with easy access to bars, restaurants, and public transport. Our spacious and well-equipped apartment faced the courtyard, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were helpful and the apartment was clean and uncomplicated. We would definitely stay here again.

We got great value for our money at Nena Apartments. The room was clean and well-stocked, with a bright and airy atmosphere. The location was convenient, with a subway station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to cafes and shops. the apartment itself offered a safe yard for bikes, which was convenient. the small bed was accompanied by very big pillows, providing added comfort for a good night's sleep.

There were some issues with the service, as the house manager was rude and unhelpful when confronted with a complaint about the bed size.
